Haven't been here in a long time, but I remember it being pretty good. Naturally, it can be somewhat busy on weekday mornings, but I never had a bad experience or food here. I used to work nearby for about 3 years, so I formerly was a "regular," stopping by maybe once a week or so. I went to the Einstein in Winter Park (jct. 17-92 and Orange Ave.) yesterday and that reminded me that I never reviewed this location in Lake Mary, even though I've been to it many times. I may go to this one this coming weekend to grab some bagels and to see what's new. If anything isn't up to par, I'll update my review. For now, 4 stars. Seems to be about right, as that's what the previous reviewers thought, as well.

Food and coffee good as usual. Restaurant was filthy - overflowing trash, all tables dirty. Employees were surly, cashier was clueless. No jazz music, chipped paint on walls, dirty floors, newspapers strewn around. This used to be a nice place for a Saturday morning bagel, but needs a clean up to compete with Panera!

Very disappointing. Four visit and there is always something on the menu that's not available - today it's regular coffee. :-(. Two empty pots but plenty of decaf

Good bagel or panini sandwiches. Can get egg sandwich for lunch. Haven't tried the muffins or pastries. My only real complaint is the slower than normal service. Even though each sandwich is made to order (which is great) they could speed things up a bit.

Easy to get in and get coffee, I don't eat bagels any longer, but I still like the smell as I get coffee.

I went to Einstein Bagels today to place an order. I walked up to the counter where you place your order and no one was there. Three of the workers were to the left of me at the cash register area talking and ignoring me. After a few minutes a worker came up to the order area counter and looked at me and said" just go to the cash register guy and place your order! The cashier was ringing up other customers so there was going to be a wait just to place an order. A few seconds later a couple came in & went up to the same guy at the counter that would not wait on me but he immediately waited on them and even started filling their order! I complained and one employee said he should not have done that. This is not the first time I have received bad service here but it will be the last time I ever step foot in there. Lake Mary has many new bagel stores close to this one(Bagel King, Brooklyn Water Bagels,Panera ) that treat there customers a lot better!

Great bagels and great cream cheese 'shmears' - easy to get in and out, what more can you want?

Einstein Dark Roast coffee is among my favorite coffee. I have been here a few times picking up buckets for my team at work and grab a coffee while I am at it. Bagel selection is usually good if you go early, and their coffee is always awesome. This location has a well laid out dining room with a lot of space, which is better than some of the other area Einstein stores. Parking is usually plentiful.

This is one of the smallest Einstein's I have ever been in. It's kind of Twilight Zone when things aren't where they are supposed to be. Oh well. I immediately noticed that the bagels were not in the front display case. Instead, they were lined up on the back wall a la Dunkin Donuts. It was difficult to see which flavors they had because of the distance, there was a machine covering some of them on the right and the plexiglass from the front display case went up high and obscurred them. They did not have the variety of bagels that I have experienced from other Einstein's. Also the girl that was ringing up the orders wasn't paying attention to how many of each variety was in stock. There was a long of people and she just automatically rang up what ever you wanted. Problem was that when the gentleman would get the bagels, there wasn't enough of that particular flavor. The gentleman that was helping w/the bagels was courteous and he sliced them all correctly. The bagels were fresh and flavorful. The establishment seemed to be clean. current health inspection: 2 critical and 2 non-critical violations.

We received excellent customer service. The manager, or who I assumed to be the manager, was super helpful in getting my daughter the correct sandwich. He delivered to our table and was very friendly. Place is small, but clean and friendly. I will be back! Ps Villain day is cute and fun!

The worst, never get your order right and it's not even that good when you finally get it. I have been waiting for almost an hour for them to get my food right, lol third time is a charm!

AWESOME coffee. The reg roast is one of my favorite. Their bagels are good. Probably the best "chain" bagel store out there

Casual, easy ambiance and a large selection of different types of bagels. Simple enough! Their smoked salmon sandwich was well-executed and they weren't stingy with the amount of salmon or cream cheese. Delicious. Service was a little slow but no real qualms.
